You can bake these cakes for gifts or parties with ease. Because the pan is so highly detailed, the cake needs little else but a sprinkle of powdered sugar and you're done. Just a couple of tips: be sure to liberally spray the pan with Baker's Joy (cooking spray that includes flour.) Turn the pan upside down to drain over paper towels while making the batter. For the most detailed result use a thick cake batter -- numerous free bundt cake recipes may be found on the various search engines -- some that adapt cake mixes and some cakes from scratch -- the best batter is different from the normally prepared cake mix (usually more eggs and less liquid).
