If you can bake a cake from a box...you can use this pan. This review is from: Wilton #1 Cake Pan (Kitchen) This cake pan was easy to use and turns out a super cute cake. The booklet included gives ideas with instructions and pictures. I incorporated a couple of the different ideas and I think (as did party guests)that it turned out very good. I am an inexperienced cake maker so if I could do it really anyone should be able too. The cake was not very large so if you are having a big party like we did you may want to make more then one or do what I did and make another cake that goes along with your theme.
