The pans are all very sturdy and have a nice weight. You can feel the difference between these pans and flimsy aluminum pans. The orange silicon handles are larger than average and easy to grab with oven mitts on. I made banana bread in the loaf pan and after cooling a bit the loaf slid right out! It makes the pan a lot easier to hold on to. I gave it a five because of the quality. I bake a lot of bread and don't spray this pan and my loaves slide out. I would have to say, be careful, because the bottom is non-stick too and when you pull out your rack too fast, the pan slides forward right on out of the oven like a hockey puck on ice! I went to turn the loaf around to butter the top after I baked for ten minutes and hot, I barely touched to to turn it and it slides around. Love it though, bought the entire collection.
