I purchased this item after finding that my older, small AirBake cookie sheets were almost the same size as the racks in my new secondary oven. This fits the new oven well, but is still large enough to accommodate 6 cookies. Although this is listed as a medium-sized baking sheet, the useable surface area is onlyy 10 1/2" X 11 1/2"; personally, I would classify it as a small baking sheet. I particularly like that the Nordic Ware Medium Classic Cookie Sheet is a nice medium weight. It does not take a weight-lifter to put it into or take it out of the oven. Nevertheless, it is still substantial enough so that it does not warp. Another feature, which is becoming difficult to find in reasonably priced baking pans, is the absence of any type nonstick coating. I use parchment paper on my baking sheets, but still prefer a traditional uncoated surface. Best of... Very small but then I bought a new oven & it's very small. The regular size pans won't fit, so this meets my needs. Cleans up nicely, cookies don't stick & the pan doesn't rust like most cookie sheets do. It also doesn't warp in the oven.
