I purchased this item after finding that my older, large AirBake cookie sheets went completely from front-to-back, if placed so the raised lip could be grabbed, in my new oven. This sheet fits the new oven well, but is only large enough to accommodate 9 cookies. Although imprinted with words indicating NordicWare classifies this as a large-sized baking sheet, the useable surface area is only 13" X 14." Personally, I would classify it as a medium-sized baking sheet. I particularly like that the Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet is a nice medium weight. It does not take a weight-lifter to put it into or take it out of the oven. Nevertheless, it is still substantial enough so that it does not warp.
