This BUG pan is the cutest ever! Some tips I got from a PRO: 1. heat the pan as you pre heat the oven, then spray it while its HOT and fill it. 2. 1/3 cup batter per bug is plenty. 3. To make the bottoms flat, lay a knife down on the pan, before you remove the cakes, and slide it thru the bottom of the cake, removing the humps. 4. Cool cakes in pan 10 min then pour out on parchment paper. 5. Use a hotter oven (375) and a little shorter time to get the most definition of the bugs. 6. Never use SOAP on the pan, or put it in the dishwasher, just rinse it while its HOT and set in the warm oven to DRY. The Platinum Series gives you PERFECT release of baked goods and NEVER needs scrubbing. (I wrote these tips down because they work soooo well, and these top of the line pans deserve a little extra care.)
